Spartan Home Services brought its Northern California operation to the Fairfield and Bay Area market because communities like Vallejo deserve access to a roofing contractor that operates with genuine accountability on every job. Joel and Jeff Tilford started this company in 2019 because they believed the region had enough contractors willing to do the work and not enough willing to own the outcome. Jeff’s career in construction stretches back more than three decades, and that foundation shapes every decision Spartan makes from the first site visit through the final inspection.
