Your roofing materials are backed by a lifetime manufacturer warranty on shingle roofs, covering labor, materials, and workmanship for as long as you own your home. Other roofing products, like tile and metal, come with a 10-year manufacturer warranty. Either way, you’re covered by one of the strongest material guarantees in the industry.
Repairs
Not every job is a full replacement, and your repairs deserve real coverage too. Standalone repair work comes with a 2-year warranty, while entry-level reroofs are backed for 5 years. It’s straightforward protection that gives you confidence in the work, no matter the size or scope of the project.
Solar Coverage
Solar installations through a PPA come with a flat 25-year warranty, covering your system for a quarter century of performance. If you own your system outright, coverage varies by manufacturer and equipment, and our team will walk you through exactly what’s included before you sign anything.
