Joel and Jeff Tilford built this company around a simple premise: homeowners in this region deserved a roofing contractor who could be held to a higher bar without having to fight for it. Jeff’s career in construction spans more than three decades, and that foundation shapes how Spartan approaches every project, from the materials we specify to the way we close out a job.
