Spartan Home Services expanded into the Fairfield market because the Bay Area deserves a roofing contractor that brings the same level of accountability it delivers in Sacramento. Joel and Jeff Tilford founded this company in 2019 on the belief that homeowners in Northern California were overdue for a contractor who treated follow-through as a requirement and not an option. Jeff’s more than three decades in the construction industry shape how Spartan approaches every project in Fairfield, from the materials specified to the way the job gets closed out.
